In order for you to budget, here is some information on what is provided:

Your registration includes all meals that you will need while at the Institute. If you need food outside of the meals we provide, there are restaurants in accessible walking distance that have meals around $5-$15. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby.

The conference rate for each room is $92 + tax. You can reserve your room (both wheelchair-accessible and non) directly by clicking this link. You can also call the hotel directly; if you do so, please use the code “NYL” or the name Reap What You Sow to get the conference rate.

There is a courtesy bus from RDU airport to the Hilton. All you have to do to reserve a ride is pick up the phone that says North Raleigh Hilton in the airport baggage area. It is not wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair-accessible taxi costs around $35 each way.

If you are driving to Raleigh, there is free parking at the hotel. There is also free internet access at the hotel.
